Exciting Changes at Leopard

-

At Leopard, we’ve been busy building a value story that really connects with our clients and keeps our work grounded in the things that matter most to you. During that time, it has become very clear that we have some brilliant opportunities to align our people even more effectively in order to continue connecting our work to the sales outcomes you’re expecting from us. To that end, we’re thrilled to make the following announcements:

Cheryl Smith is moving on from her current role as Executive Group Director for CDW, GE, Motorola and BlackRock to her new role as Executive Strategy & Marketing Director.  In her new role, Cheryl will continue her bold leadership of Leopard’s overall marketing strategy. Cheryl leads the charge in developing our partnerships, coordinating our research and ensuring the formation of relevant social media communities. More importantly to our clients: she will ensure that our seller enablement methodology is optimized for each client to deliver tangible business results.    As the head of our strategy discipline, Cheryl will bring leadership and continuity to our strategy practice, engaging as lead strategist on new business and contributing wherever possible on our current book.

Cheryl passes the baton to Dawn-Marie Kerper who will take over as Executive Group Director. Dawn-Marie doesn’t have clients, she has fans and partners. Her ability to build lasting relationships, leading and collaborating with extended teams that include Leopards, clients and our business partners is second-to-none. We are excited to see this evolution for her as she celebrates her second year with us, and we know her clients and teams feel the same way.

Finally, a change that has actually been in effect for a couple of months but we’re finally getting the moment to shout from the rooftops: Kelly Hanratty has been named Executive Group Director for Aetna, Mentor Graphics, and School Specialty. Kelly’s effortless leadership style makes her the perfect fit for heading up our talented teams that work on everything from healthcare and electronic engineering to classroom tools and support for K-12 curricula. Her clients love her immediate understanding of their marketing and business objectives, and they value her insights on how to get there. Both Kelly and Dawn-Marie are also leading Leopard’s new business initiatives, cultivating and responding to opportunities while they ensure smooth delivery to our current clientele.
