2004 ITSMA Award
IBM Learning Solutions, a team focused on the emerging business opportunity for e-learning, is receiving this industry recognition for their ambitious initiative to develop a breakthrough viewpoint on the future of learning. After a six-month qualitative research study, the IBM team contacted Leopard for help in developing an illustrative approach to communicating IBM's point of view on the Future of Learning through the use of new media. The final deliverables included a point of view presentation, a series of new media vignettes based on a discrete set of learner archetypes, and an executive brief, all which were made available in multiple languages: English, UK English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Combined, the deliverables present a powerful, first-of-a kind IBM perspective into the Future
of Learning.
With internal and external audiences clamoring for access, the entire IBM Future of Learning portfolio produced by Leopard has been translated into a dozen languages and made available all over the world. The first-of-its-kind creative platform also helped earn IBM Learning Solutions an Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) Gold Award for Marketing Excellence for standout performance in improving services marketing as measured by innovation, execution and business results in the ITSMA category of Enhancing Brand
and Reputation.
