  • Terrie Adams provides strategic direction in building and maintaining Leopard's HR practices, comp and benefits, talent recruitment, and building strong programs that support our shared values and behaviors.

    Since joining Leopard in 2002, Terrie has been integral to the management of our performance management program, ongoing leadership skills development, the Leopard Emerging Leader program. She also leads our corporate social responsibility initiative.

    Prior to joining Leopard, Terrie spent nine years heading the human resources function for a biotech R&D firm just outside of Washington DC. She graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland with a B.S. in Psychology and received certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the National Society for HR Management.
