Mindy Garwood
Managing Director
  • Mindy Garwood is responsible for managing the business operations and people of the agency. She heads up a team of executive directors, provides consultative and strategic leadership, and oversees the integration with Ogilvy.

    During her tenure at Leopard, Mindy has focused on sales enablement, customer reference programs, digital asset management and channel marketing through the roles of Account Director and Group Account Director. She brings with her more than 25 years of experience in client services, marketing and operations.

    Prior to joining Leopard, Mindy was the Director of Operations & Client Services for a New York–based new media agency handling such accounts as Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Novartis and Disney. She also spent many years managing the Creative Services department for MasterCard International, focusing on customer communications, event marketing and co-branded programs.
