Better support sales

Equipping the sales force to find and successfully close business is one of the B2B marketer's primary responsibilities. In companies with complex structures and a distributed sales force, getting the right materials into a salesperson's hands in time can be a challenge. Leopard em™ provides marketers with an underlying delivery structure that enables more efficient sales support.

With Leopard em, your salespeople have "anytime, anywhere" self-service access to the materials they need, when they need them, delivered in the format of their choice—electronic, printed or on a CD. Users simply login to their customized Leopard em installation from any standard Web browser. Robust searching capabilities, thumbnail previews, customized data fields and links to related assets make finding relevant materials quick and easy.

Leopard em is designed to support users, such as traveling salespeople, who access the system from low-bandwidth connections:

  • "Favorites" folders - Users can collect materials for quick reference later without needing to search for each item again. As materials are revised, folders continue to reference the latest version.
  • Saved searches - Advanced searching capabilities filter data to deliver precise search results. Users can save search criteria and request to be notified via e-mail when new items that meet those criteria are published.
  • "Zip and download" - Users can bundle files together and compress them for faster downloads.
  • E-mail - Users can send e-mail directly from Leopard em, including links to materials or file attachments. The e-mails are routed through the Leopard em servers without requiring users to download files locally before sending them.
Leopard em also helps marketers determine which materials are used most by sales. Metrics that track asset demand and usage provide you with valuable feedback that help demonstrate Marketing's value to Sales and elicit support for your programs.
